Pork shoulders and hams slow cooked and smoked with Hickory or Oak coals –pulled, mixed and chopped together. We introduce a light vinegar sauce to the meat during the preparation. Purists of this style point to the different flavors provided by different parts of the pig.

Our meat is delivered frozen in a “boil bag.” The barbecue is cooked and prepared in our certified USDA facility and individually packaged in one (1) pound (lb) vacuum sealed bags. The bags are then frozen and delivered to your door. The boil bag allows us to send you a fresh product and the flavors are perfectly sealed. You simply drop the bag into a pot of boiling water to reheat the meat.
