If you are not absolutely thrilled with your purchase from The North Carolina Barbecue Company, for any reason at all, we will cheerfully replace your purchase or refund your money, whichever you prefer. We cannot extend a refund or replacements to orders shipped to post office boxes or incorrect addresses. Our products are perishable, so please check address carefully.

You have a variety of BBQ packages available to you that serve anywhere from 6 to 24 people starting at $54.95. We offer small, medium and large gift boxes available in either Piedmont Style, Eastern Style or our combo box which  includes both styles known as the Battle Box.

North Carolina BBQ Battle Box
If you want to have a truly exceptional North Carolina BBQ party you’ve come to the right place, because we have the perfect kit to entertain and feed your guests…as well as educate them on the different styles within our state.


Piedmont (Lexington) North Carolina BBQ
Pork shoulder slow cooked, and smoked with Hickory wood. Served lightly chopped, our Piedmont style is a true representation of the central region of North Carolina. This package includes real NC barbecue slaw and authentic  Piedmont style (Lexington) dip.


Eastern North Carolina BBQ
Modified whole hog (shoulders and hams) slow cooked, and smoked with Hickory wood, lightly chopped and sauced.  This package includes “Down East” cole slaw and Eastern style barbecue sauce.


 

 


We offer a combination package that includes both styles of North Carolina barbecue - we call it a Battle Box™ (highly recommended). The Battle Box™ will give you a complete representation of the authentic BBQ experience from both sides of our great state.

We also offer a Piedmont BBQ Box and an Eastern BBQ Box for those of you who’s hearts are content on one style or the other. If you’re not sure which style to choose we recommend ordering the Battle Box. You have the option of sending a Small, Medium or Large box of any style (BBQ Battle Box, Piedmont, or Eastern)

Shipping Policy:
All orders place online ship within 24 hours of receipt of your order being place, Monday thru Thursday. No Friday, Saturday or Sunday fulfillment. Delayed shipping orders must be placed using our FAX ORDER FORM or over the phone 866-617-4467. If you require delayed shipping CALL US, or complete FAX ORDER FORM.

Depending on your ship to location all orders will be shipped standard Ground or 2 Day priority via FedEx. Your proximity to Greensboro, NC will determine your method of shipping. Rush orders available Monday through Thursday– All rush orders must be placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time and are subject to increased delivery fees.

Orders shipped to North Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, South Carolina, Georgia, Maryland, Kentucky, West Virginia, Florida, Pennsylvania and New Jersey can be shipped FedEx Ground to arrive within 2 days. Orders shipped ground are not guaranteed to arrive in 3 days. If you require guaranteed delivery, be sure to select FedEx 2 day shipping. All other states, we recommend shipping FedEx 2 day delivery. Packages in the care of FedEx are subject to FedEx shipping policies and FedEx is responsible for any damage that may be caused during shipping.

All orders shipping to the following states: MT,WY,UT,NV,CA,AZ,OR,AK,WA, or HI

MUST have FedEx 2 Day shipping. Be sure to select FedEx 2 Day when checking out for orders shipping out west.

All other states can be shipped FedEx Ground.
